  2. Thank you for your video. I get what you're saying about thinking about food even when I don't want to. Hopefully, this will stop my Latex protein cross reactive food allergies and my autoimmune disorder. They can't decide if it is Lupus or Hashimoto. Tested for both q tests says Hashimoto 1 test says I don't. 1 test said Lupus 1 test said no. I am ready. I prayed for help, and yours is the 2nd video. Blessings to you.

  4. Good for you ! People like you who lost so much weight need to be out there more and people should learn from it . Instead of celebrating plus men or women . I’m impressed with you and This video. I’m starting my protein diet today , I did it 7 years ago and lost 60 pounds and felt as healthy as my football days . Thank you for this video

  5. Way to go! Here's my embarrassing story. I'm a 71yo man that is 20 pounds over weight. Not in great shape. Basically healthy my whole life. I have played with keto and carnivore several times. Always quitting. Figuring out how to cheat and take the easy way. I know that is hurting my health and longevity. But more so my family. Don't take this comment wrong. You have truly inspired me to be a stronger person.
Now, let's see if I change.
I have never 'hit the bell' button in my entire life. I did it for your channel.

  6. Our bodies do not come with a users manual. You have to be attuned to your physiology. I’m 67, have worked out like a fighter for over four decades, and eat mostly grass fed, free range, wild caught creatures with SMALL sides of cruciferous vegetables, berries, and an occasional slice of sourdough bread. At 5’7” I’m 160 shredded pounds, and full of physical and mental energy. I mostly drink water and YERBA MATE tea which curbs appetite, ramps up metabolism, and imparts energy without a caffeine crash.

  7. what a sweet and honest young beautiful lady!!!!!! You s are so honest about your addictions. i have the same sugar/carb addiction!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU!!!!! GOD BLESS YOU SWEET GIRL!!!

  8. I eat to nourish my body…I eat carrots and green leafy vegetables 🥬 to nourish my eyes. I am 75 no glasses or medication… food is my medicine and vegetables and Fruit have healing qualities…

  9. You go, Girl !! I'm on day 37 of my carnivore diet and like you I'm beginning experience a lot of the things you are, my floaters went away of my eyes, energy, positive good mood all the time. Your video helps me to continue as my wife is skeptical.

  10. A wonderful explanation of exactly what a binge is like.
I relate exactly to what you describe with food addiction and the difficulty of moderating like an alcoholic.
Well done on your change, and very well done on communicating this information.

  11. You are amazing. keep up the good work. I am on this carnivore diet, and it works. I've been on this diet for one month. I will tell my weight lost is 10 pounds. I'm 78 years old and disable.

  12. I’m 69 years old and all my adult life almost every meal I eat contains meat I absolutely love steaks – pork chops – lamb chops and I eat bacon virtually everyday- I have only been in hospital once in my life and that was when I was 12 for appendicitis and I’ve only been to the doctors once in my life and that was for a knee cartilage issue I’m a very healthy slim guy and I put it down to my love for meat because I don’t eat much fruit or veg in fact I detest most veg other than carrots and peas – you can stick cabbage,Brussels, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower and the like where the sun don’t shine – bacon sandwiches- sausage egg and chips and steaks for me .

  13. Sweets can be addictive, like a drug, the brain gets happy when someone eats sugar. Can be very hard when one is in depression , sugar is the happy pill,❤
