16:25 Actually the first ingredient, wheat (or corn, maize, rice etc etc) , is also sugar. Wheat is mainly starch and this is nothing more than glucose molecules bound in a long strain. It is converted into glucose the moment you eat it.
If you eat bread or pasta the only thing you eat is sugar.
Now The Truth Is out Thanks For Sharings❤
This is the UK too. America is way worse off.
Fructose apart from fruit is the problem. It’s deceptive to say otherwise. I wonder who doesn’t want people to eat fruit? Hmmm. SMH meanwhile people are being healed of diabetes and other so called diseases on a predominantly fruit diet with herbs and veggies added as well. But…I digress.

It’s true! This food slowly kills you! You will die after 80 years of eating this
What can we do eat REAL FOOD😂😂😂
And maybe try a waterfast a couple of days so you dont stretch ur fat stomach out
I once reacted to a road sign stating that people were hungry. I said in humor "That's because people are on a diet." That caused a huge outrage! I even proved my point with facts. The outrage and accusations continued until an administrator had to delete it. That was 10 years ago. Look at us now.
Can we please stop saying “processed food “ and actually say the truth of what it really is, which is “manufactured food”. Of course it is obvious to see that this is an oxymoron. We can’t make or manufacture food, only God can. Food is all natural, or it’s not food. Just because we can chew something and swallow it doesn’t make it food. BTW animals aren’t food either. A good rule of thumb on food is if you can pick it off (the plant) or pick it up (from the ground), then it’s food.
Thank you for the video. I am a retired special Ed teacher and during my time as such witnessed a tremendous increase not only in childhood obesity but also ADHD and Autism. My gut told me it was our food source that was the culprit. Processed food is engineered to be tasty and addictive. I was lucky enough to have grown up in the ‘60 when although canned goods and TV dinners were becoming popular, my mother was able to stay home and had time to cook healthy meals for us. Unfortunately, I saw many children coming to school either minus breakfast or eating at the cafeteria at school. Both not nutritious, both processed and mostly junk food. Children for decades now have been raised on nonnutritive foods. Yes, they offer the salad bar at the school but none of the kids eat it. Also, at my school, they allowed Coke to set up a vending machine in the cafeteria. My 27 year old son is grossly over weight and has health problems as a result of his fast food addiction. We didn’t model that for him at home but I’m worried that he’s slowly killing himself and he complains about not having money, even though he works 40 hours a week at a decent blue collar job. Doordash. My daughter is a nurse and very health conscious and aware to avoid processed nonfoods. Thanks again for this excellent video.
I lost 300lbs in 4 days by cutting sugar.
~This guy was so sweet even when he gets all bad news of how fat has taken charge….good luck & Godspeed.
I saw a child stuffing McDonald's nuggets into his face while paying a bill. This child was around 5yrs old 4ft 100+lbs a ball. 4+yrs ago. The noise of breathing+ eating was something that shook me, the last breath before death. I still hear it.
This is because we are offered awful food. Take a look in the grocery stores. It's actually hard to find foods with less than 5 ingredients. I'm becoming very aware of this.
All women at some point end up 5 foot tall and weigh a ton
Wow seems like this video is denying the fact that fatty meats are not our friends
but hollywood shows that most of the americans and western people have abs muscle and look handsome, but they eat all kind of fast food in movies
Remember kids if you can't pronounce the name of an ingredient in your food don't eat it.
I’m only 31 and I remember most people being thin when I was a kid. It’s crazy how fat people have become.
Frighteningly enlightening! 😮
My body fat is 15%
Yet it says my bmi is 26%
BMI is BS, it takes no consideration into muscle mass
Rugby players will all have high bmi – as would most muscular athletes – but body fat is different
Processed food is definitely not good for anyone. However, it is not the reason for all the obesity that we see today. How quickly we forget. For many Europeans who came to this country in the late fifties and early sixties, they quickly saw how poorly American's ate. Remember the Campebell soup dinners, box dinners, frozen TV dinners, etc. Americans back then only ate vegetables if they were made to taste good, like creamed spinach and creamed corn. Most women were not roasting or sautéing vegetables. Even mashed potatoes came from a box. I believe, today we are eating just that much more. The other thing no one thinks about is that most women work today where they are sitting at a desk for hours as opposed to being home and running around doing things… Plus, in the past people were not allowed to snack at work. It just didn't happen.
The other thing that has changed is that people are drinking SO MUCH MORE alcohol than ever before. It's not unusual for people to go to bars after work and drink. Even in college kids today drink more, and women now drink as much as the guys. It becomes a habit. All our alcohol has added sugars in them, in addition to the natural sugars.
One of many plans for depopulation
I was 236lbs at my heaviest with a height of 5'11". I got myself down to 195lbs(+/- 5lbs). I weigh myself every day, and I track the rise and fall. I have learned my patterns and am able to maintain the mid 190lbs range.
Look, you're not going to eliminate sugar, but you can control how much you take in by controlling what you buy and eat. I still eat ice cream, snack on crackers, pasta, etc. But I limit that intake. It was damned hard to control the cravings at first, but those cravings have come down and only because I made conscious choices every day. Please, for your loved ones, take control.
Carnivore/Keto diet FTW!!!
Slowly?
GMO’s, not a balance of wholesome farm fresh foods, a lack of natural probiotics and lacto fermented foods and drinks, processed sugars, “natural flavors”, MSG, and grains that are not properly predigested with the three S’s: Soured, Soaked, or sprouted.
GOOD VIDEO !!!!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Aaahhh, DO NOT EAT IT THEN!!!
Cook fresh nearly every day.
I’m moving to Auckland as it’s easy to see a GP.
If you are an addict in recovery, the correct amount of the substance you are addicted to is zero.
thank you fda
About diabetes in the 19th century: I think most of those folk who had diabetes probably died and weren’t part of the “people living with diabetes” stats. People did probably have less diabetes due to being slimmer, but they also had less insulin shots.
I don’t doubt diabetes has skyrocketed recently due to poor diet and obesity, I just wanted to point out what I thought was a sensationalist statistic.
