  1. Ethiopian food is going to be the food of the future, mark my words. It's nutritious, delicious, requires no utensils and very little clean-up, and best of all: a sizeable part of it is completely vegan.

  2. Just here to say that even though the tomato is a staple in Italian cuisine, it is actually native to South America and México (North America). The Americas gave the tomato to the world.

  3. The proliferation of chili peppers, which are native to North and South America, has made an incalculable contribution to cuisines throughout the world. Thank you to the Americas! 🌶️♥️

  4. I have heard nothing but great things about Ethiopian food. Unfortunately for me I have never tried it but it looks delicious! And the I love how spice is part of the culture. Definitely going to try some Ethiopian food soon. Thank you!
