In the U.S. flat roofs are notorious for leaking. Marwa, search for a YouTube video for flat roof construction. I am an electrician so this is what I have observed as solutions. I think vinyl sheathing and tar are generally the best solution’s. Also, the roof slope must be leveled properly, to direct the flow. You have a very large roof deck, so this is a very big problem. I doubt that you have the structural integrity for a helipad on your roof. Always consult with engineers before you build!

You on the other hand claim to be a professional and should remain professional. Right now you are demolishing the rooftop to repair a leaking roof not build a helipad. The best advice you gave Marwa regarding the helipad is he needs a structural engineer to make sure the building is structurally safe for a helicopter to land.

Bro, continue explaining details for better understanding of the works. Am surprised at those alleging that the work was done using cheap labor. Marwa has always been passionate about the helipad.
