Hi Lisa I love all of your bride houses. They are adorable.
I made a bird house from a gourd. As it dried the hole o put in it sunk in, so I covered it with paper machete. Then I fainted the whole thing a tan color and painted flowers around the bottom. I made a braided hanger from a heavy twine. It turned out very pretty.
My faviorite is the box that resembles a purse too. Items simply darling !!

I love both of these birdhouses! I am in the process of decoupaging 2 wooden birdhouses for my yard. I have birdhouses all over my property but never thought of using items like these. How wonderful! I will be expanding my collection. I look forward to seeing baby birds enjoying them next spring.💖
they are very cute. remember to drill a couple small holes in the bottom for drainage just in case it gets wet from rain so it won't mold inside. that is from the birds and blooms magazine.
