This video is actually kinda toxic for the most part. No. You don’t just have to keep pushing through everything. You might actually have to evaluate WHY you are so stressed. Is it actually way too much and you could take it slower? Have you been neglecting self care? ( like a 5 minute meditation) 5/10/30 minutes a day won’t really make a difference for not getting things done. Do you need to delegate tasks to someone else? Are you slipping into a toxic mindset about perfection/ performance rather than effort and dedication?
Take these into account
Then- is it more important to you to want to cry and have panic attacks now? And be okay in the future? Or do you want less stress now?
Stress is good
Chronic stress is very very bad.
(Also if you have that keep pushing to the goal, it doesn’t matter that I’m anxious mindset, whatever goal you have for yourself won’t be good enough for you when you reach it.)

I am in high school and a sophomore. It always overwhelms me how fast the time passes so fast, and the year is over. Now that it's overwhelming because I know that the year is almost coming to an end because this weekend starts thanksgiving break for me. Then two and a half weeks later it is Christmas break. But then before I know it ACT and SAT will be here, then leap, then before I know it if I pass, I will be a Junior. I am terrified. So, thank you for this video.

My attention span betrays me when I am on my bed and can't sleep and I scroll down erotic content it's not like I am addicted to it but I watch it whenever could not sleep and overthink to distract my mind from negative thoughts and scrolling shorts or ig doesn't help me out to cut the negative thoughts help me out if you have any advice for this please

When it comes to accomplishing big tasks or changing your mindset to a certain concept in order to benefit yourself in the future, how do you progress in finding the specific issue with your current mindset and avoiding the feeling that there's just something wrong with your brain. I also feel like I don't have as much talent compared to some of my peers who have to put significantly less work than me to achieve a higher grade. This leads me to think I have mediocre talent and some dedication. I know I cant change my talent, but how do I go about increasing my level of dedication so I can match the scores of my peers. Id really appreciate if you could respond. Also, I'm 16 btw. Thanks 🙂

Hii Amy i just love you bcoz i was a smart kid from childhood like upto 16 i have always thought myself as a topper and i was not a sports person neither i do have any skills i have been a book worm but after covid i got addicted to mobile and become careless then failed then i just gave up i m 20 now i have been an average for 4 years and trust me i hate it i want to shine but i lost my spark i m still addicted to mobile i m watching vedeos to get out of it but i have been stuck in that cycle and i dont have any goal rn in this 4 yrs my life changed the topper for 16 yrs and then being average 4 years ugh i think i was average from start it just that i didn't realized and when i did my overconfidence shuttered and i couldnt bare it so to escape from that harsh reality i have been into mobile but when i understood i cant escape i need to face it i found BTS and YOU trust me ur mails have been so encouraging to me and i will try my level best from now on please continue ur great work❤

You know what I really appreciate you mentioning ashwagandha. It might seem small to you, but I recently started taking it to reduce my own stress and it's like magic. Somehow, you end up in less arguments, less fights, and less stressful situations. It's not the situation that has changed, but my perception of it.
