Hello MrBB, does it mean that if the land is bought on lease and hold terms, by the clause (s) in the indenture which could state that it's for farming purposes, would that affect or restrict the usage of the land even though it's lease and hold terms? And is it possible to buy a Free Hold land now in Ghana? Thank you for your reply.
