  1. I read online that the skins are toxic, but on my fertility site it said to eat them with the skins, as long as they are cooked. I probably sound so stupid for not knowing the answer to this, but is it safe to eat with the skins, as long as I sufficiently cook them?

  2. I am not sure about yellow or orange yam. You should get white yam like I did and don't boil the yam till it gets really soft. Follow my step by step guide in the video and you will be fine ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. hello! ๐Ÿ™‚ i just tried this but it didn't work out really.. my yam was also orange inside and not white like yours. and after frying them they were still soft and not nice and crossy. what did i do wrong? greetings from germany! ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. MrClassic419 thanks for the comment ๐Ÿ™‚ I was thinking on my feet and trying to decide what will be the best suggestion to give a novice what what less to the brief hesitation. But really the Yam was on fire for up to 15 mins. And about deep fryer you can get easily get one from most local stores. You only need to reasonable amount of vegetable oil into the deep fryer and you are good to go. Thanks for watching and also the feedback ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. nice video, but for people like myself who have actually come here to view the video for learning purposes some of your instructions are too vague. You said you were going to boil for 10-15 mins, then u said 5-10 mins then after you said it's been on the fire for a few minutes … how many at the end? also most people starting off cooking who need to watch how to fry yam don't own deep fryers bro, should have taught us the basics. Nice attempt all in all – keep it up.
