Made this today. It was the best red red I've ever made and really reminded me of home. Thanks 😊
Please stop using plastic to stir hot stuff.
Looks delicious.
Well done.
That looks delicious. I'm 62 and raw vegan. I avoid oil due to controlling my blood pressure by diet rather than by medication. So I would leave out the oil, mackerel, and the shrimp powder for these reasons. Otherwise, I think I can make a delicious vegan, oil-free version of this recipe. Thank you.🧡
Recently Married to a Ghanaian Man I have been eating this in Ghana back in London I need to learn to make this for my Husband THANK YOU ❤
OMG….that looks so good and I have to make this one day soon. Not sure where to find palm oil here is in America.
can I not add carrot puree and the fish? I don't have access to both. Would that change the tase?
What is the white stuff?
Looks great! Thank your for sharing your recipe 🙂 I'll try making it over the weekend
If u don't soak how long should u cook ur beans
Thanks and I will prepare some
It look really beautiful and give me an automatic appetite
Great video! Thank you 🙏🏿
If someone isn't a fish fan, would Chicken, Lamb or beef be an acceptable substitute?
Beautiful! medaase!
That looks amazing. Getting good ripe or "red-red" plantain is hard here in Ireland. Often, they look ripe and red on the outside, but the inside is still as hard as a green one.
Thank you so much hah I’m 20 about to get married to a Ghanaian I’m from the Middle East and I’m trying to learn how to look some Ghanaian foods 😍😍😍
The best version I've seen
