How to Perform The 1/2 Kneeling Thoracic Rotation

To perform this exercise, you will need a foam roller and a wall. Outside leg will be facing forward with the foam roller against the knee. Put your inside hand up against the wall and outside forward. Rotate through the back with your eyes following your hand. Repeat as prescribed.
