what Is acknowledgement document?
In regard to the yellow fever vaccine I was able to get that along with the polio and typhoid vaccines at Walgreens. Also check to see if your employer insurance covers it because mine did.

My passport cost me over $300.00 as well.
I didn't have to have have a yellow fever shot. I went in Jan. came back in Feb 2023. They didn't require you to take the shot. They didn't even ask me to take a Covid test to return home.
Please do I need to send the letter first before my boyfriend applies for the visa on the website, or he needs to go to the Nigeria embassy first before he applies?

the cost of a passport for Nigeria, actually depends on your area/location/state etc. I noticed that you mentioned that the passport cost $160.00. So everyone please check with the area where you are living. Also, for those that have a passport that you purchased before the Pandemic started, you probably paid much less than you will now. Our daughter bought her passport in 2018/19 and it cost her less than $200.00, our son is traveling with her to Nigeria this Summer, his passport coast a over $300.00. So please check with your area,

Did they ask you proof of vaccines at your biometric appt? I don’t see any information on that. Also why is the nigeria visa application different from the oiss website, it goes straight to the GREEN & WHITE PAGE. I don’t see nothing as far as filling out eyes/height/weight etc. It just ask for passport detail’s address then reference, and name of inviting person ? If you are a tourist how you suppose to get this information?. I need help I’m planned to go this July 2023 . I only just took my polio vaccine today because never had them taken as a child. & didn’t know those are 3 dosages and the last one has to be taken a almost a year later to be fully vaccinated on polio.
I have a question for you. On the visa application , there is a session where it ask for reference. Type of reference/ organization name & inviting person . If you have a health savings card, you can use that to pay for vaccinations. I did that for my girls and I Kenya trip.
