  1. Meditation isn't about not thinking. It's about being aware and present. You can't force not thinking. The thoughts will come. Trying not to think isn't meditation. Let the thoughts come, let them go, listen. Listen to the sounds around you, be present with them. If you're outside even walking you can be in meditation. Listen to the sounds, be aware of what they are. Eg, birds chirping, leaves blowing, people's chatter, let them all come and go and be aware of them. Don't try not to think, let yours3lf think, be aware of the thoughts, allow them to come and to go. That's meditation.

With the subtitles, you fully understand the video content and naturally learn a foreign language while watching.

  3. Hmm. Lot of naysayers commenting here. My question is, why did you watch a beginners video when you clearly have reached a higher plane already? Or is criticizing a form of meditation I haven’t learned yet. (Beginner here btw 👋 )
