How do west African make the sorrel drink differ from the caribbean?
I though you needed to use the skin of fresh pineapple ?still wonder where can I get that flower in Europe …?
Actually, zobo doesn’t need sugar. All you need lots of sweet pineapple, ginger, watermelon , Brombeere , cherry etc… Blend all this fruits together and sieve. Throw away the residue and add the fresh juice to your already boiled , sieved and cold zobo . keep in your refrigerator to cool off or serve with ice cube. This is how I make my homemade zobo, how about you?

Hey we do a similar drink in Jamaica usually have it around Christmas time.
Only difference is we don’t add pineapple just ginger
