Perfect! That’s how we make it in Zimbabwe but without the worstershire sauce though. I think the secret ingredient that brings it all out is the ketchup and it’s totally underrated in stews 😅

Okay so i followed the instructions only to find out i don't have tomatoes so what do i use as a substitute?
