  1. Gal! You are supper. How do you manage to look this fly in the country side. I would be ashes everywhere. Kudos.

Kabalagala had been something I don’t miss to buy in any market day when I was in UG. I need to try it in UK but hard to find cassava flour.

    Thanks for the video

  2. In Ukraine, we call the puffy pancakes made with kefir or yoghurt "oladky", while thin crêpes made with fresh milk are called "mlyntsi". Thanks for your videos, they feel like freedom 💛

  3. Angela we call what you made in the Caribbean Islands. Banana Johnny cake. Our pancake batter is very light as a heavy liquid. It has a chicken egg mixed in the batter with cinnamon and nutmeg, milk in the batter as spices and the same Banana but it is mix until it is a heavy liquid. Then pour in to the same olive oil on the fire. So when its cooked, it is much wider and flatter. Then you can pour on them a little honey and eat them. Real nice

  4. Hello Angela, what a lovely name. I have a sister, Angela. Here in the United States of America, we call it pancakes as you spoke it! Looking g good I love pancakes with a hint of syrup! 😊😊😊😊
