Can you cook on the regular stove ?
This can also be made using lamb/mutton and also game meat. For Game meat use pork fat as it wont have fat. A normal pot on a normal stove will also suffice.
A wooden spoon shreds the meat so much faster
The best seswaa is the one prepared traditionally with bony meat with bone marrow exposed and boiled for hours to extract all the flavor from the meat, fat and bones. The meat has to just come off easily from the bones.
This is great but it is not the traditional way… you have to dry the meat first then cook and grind it then fry it a bit after
