Tsp salt
230g butter
1 and 1/2 cup of cold water
Egg for egg wash

FOR FILLING:
Irish potatoes
Carrots
Sweet peppers
Spring onions
Onions
Garlic
Dried pepper
Thyme
Season(Bouillon)
Salt
Oil

  1. Wheat is not an African grain. This is why it is wrong to claim that a meat pie is Nigerian of Jamaican. I would have said it was English, except that meat pies have been found in thousands of years old Egyptian burial sites

  2. Hi, in the description you wrote 1 and 1/2 cup of water to make the dough. But in the video you used 1/2cup of water. Is the measurement in the description wrong?

    Pls I'll like to know if I should reduce the heat of my oven once I put in my pie dough?
    Do I turn down my oven heat once it gets to the desired temp.and my dough is put in or I should I just bake along without reducing the heat?
    Pls help I really need to know
