I’m curious about that tool you used to grind the spices please. What is it called? A regular grinder?
Dear Nanaaba, i know you love plantain so you have to try Haitian green plantain Fried. They call it in french "bananes pesées". I love this recipe. Let me know, you will love it.
So are plantains just bananas? And should it be slightly raw when using it or fully ripe
Nana Abaaaaa woyerrr jerrrrrrr👌🏾👌🏾😂
I just tried this recipe, the flavor is incredible. Thank you. I'm going to do a batch and share the experience with others.
I had this in Ghana and it was soooo good. I tried making it but whenever i fried them they always get soggy instead of crunchy, maybe I use the wrong oil.
I'm gonna use suya powder for this recipe! I can't wait!
