Do u need to soak the aubergines in salt so the bitterness comes out or just cook them?
i like that all your ingredients are easy to find everyday items and cooking processes are quick and easy.
Are you twins?
Letz Go <3
Great recipe…but the best of the video is the little Moroccan expert!!😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
I am sure it's super tasty, but this ain't Moroccan
Wow you guys are old I don’t why I though you were young to start with
Mmmmm!! Will make but you guys would put Tamari in a green smoothie! Lol
cool guys looks tasty 🙂 but where's is Tagine !!? it's not moroccan at all
hard chickpeas 🙁
Love the recipe, but wheres the tagine?
All your recipes I’ve tried have been really flexible which I love! Your spontaneity makes cooking less of a chore!! Thanks guys👍
Fibre fibre fibre! I’m gonna make this and serve with some couscous! What’s not to like!
Looks gorgeous!
This is my second time making this dish and I absolutely loved itttttt
hi I love to eat, I love to submerge my feet into this dish
much love 😉
p.s too spicy for me, had to cut down on spices, thank you!!
I've got a tagine and am wondering if I do it like you've suggested in this video or would I get away with just adding all the ingredients and putting it in the oven? Do you think it will make much difference?
I lived in Morocco for many years and the word tagine simply translates to slow-cooked stew.
Ive made and enjoyed other recipes on this channel but this one was inedible to my wife and I.
I made this exactly as shown and it turned out exactly as pictured. Here's the thing- I'm not used to having such sweetness in a savory meal. It could be that the dates in Turkey are bigger than the ones you were cutting up (not a competition, just an observation). I used 2 less dates than the recipe called for, but do you think I should have cut them back more? Or is there another way to make this just a tad more savory?
I must say it was a happy day when I found this: https://thehappypear.ie/recipe/ My plan is to make as many of these as I can find the ingredients for.
It's not only that your recipes are amazing (they are), but they are user-friendly recipes delivered to us in such a fun-loving, exciting way.
I truly appreciate your hard work. Thank you so much. Peace from an unseasonably warm Istanbul winter evening.
Im from Morocco. Well done guys. Great job. Loved it
Just made this One! Deliciouuussss!
If you can get some Ras El Hanout spice mix it really gives it that Moroccan flavour.
More of a vegetable curry tbh 😂
Lads! I made this tonight, it was amazing! Felt like a warm belly hug all the way from Ireland, even though it is 85 degrees F in Virginia. Thanks!
Possible to substitute Portobellos for aubergine? Never got a taste for eggplant.
We just made this tonight. All five of the kids pitched in. It was a great and filling dish but even a better way to spend some time with the family. Thank you so much.
Looks tasty, I'd personally add a sweet element like dark chocolate or algarve syrup.
I would love to try this recipe! However your video is not very consistent. You started with the ingredients on the screen in the beginning… why not continue that throughout the whole video? Not even any approximate measurements for the spices? I was also disappointed to see that the link posted in the description box no longer goes any recipe. In future I would suggest keeping the recipes that you post here on YouTube linked to an archived recipe section of your webpage. For those of us who just recently stumbled onto the video looking for recipe ideas for dinner. Just a suggestion.
i'm moroccan and I've never had tamari in my tagine
hey guys i really like your recipes but you put almost in all of them tamari or soya sauce, sorry but i come from the middle east we have many vegetarian dishes and we dont use soya sauce, whats the connection of Tagine and soya sauce? the soya sauce just ruin the dish….sorry
I ship it
omg love tis…u guys have changed our family dinners thank you…we hardly eat meat these days x
That's absolutely not a Moroccan tajine , it looks delicious though .
looks delicious, but it is not Moroccan tajine!!! not even close.
Just made this, superb recipe, thanks!
I was craving the flavours of Morocco and made this for my family this weekend. Loved it, great recipe! Thank you!
I love you guys so much oh my god. New favourite vegan food channel, you've made my life so much better
Do you use 28 ounce or 14 ounce cans of tomatoes?
I made this for my family and it truly was rocking!! Thank you for another great recipe, i love how you can simply make so much great tasting foods from the lovely plants in our nature! Keep it up!
Please DO NOT call this thing a tagine..ever again…
