I just FIXED THIS RECIPE!
2 cups grated boiled potatoes
1 cup mashed potatoes
3/4 cup flour
2 eggs
Salt and pepper.
Is it really important that it sits in the fridge trying to quickly make this for breakfast in the morning.
Not even close.
Those are nothing like Arby's potato cakes.
These are not even close. Arby's potato cakes are thick hash browns or Latkes.
Mashed potatoes – really! I'd eat em – but they're not potato cakes
Please, @Recipes, do figure out how to make Arby's Potato Cakes. The Dumbshits have deleted PCs from menus. It's gone, so someone has to resurrect it for us Potato Cake Fans.
While mashed potato cakes are certainly good, they aren't really a copy of Arby's cakes since Arby's used shredded potatoes and were more of a flat tater-tot.
