List of ingredients
• 4 overripe plantains

• 1 cup all purpose flour

• 1 tspn grated ginger

• 1 tspn grated garlic

• 2 tablespoons onions

• 2 tspns baking powder

• 1/4 tspn salt

• 1 tspn cayenne pepper

• oil for frying.

I love this recipe because it doesn't have sugar I was looking for a savory fritter and thank God I found yours😊. I even put the batter in the oven and baked it! I got a bread like loaf. I used oat flour instead as well. Keep posting 😊❤
