  1. Àgbàdo (በቆሎ) is not native to Africa and it is very bad for the human body.
    EVERYTHING corn is bad.
    – High-fructose corn syrup (HFCS)
    – òróró àgbàdo (የበቆሎ ዘይት)
    – búrẹ́dì àgbàdo (የበቆሎ ዳቦ)

    We Adúláwọ̀ (Black-Africans) need to subsidize and patronize our local ingredients and research food health and not just take cheap colonial crops.
