Lovely ❤
rüzgarı dizginleyen çocuk kitabında bu yiyeceği okumuştum, umarım afrikalı insanlar bir daha açlık yüzü görmezler.
Àgbàdo (በቆሎ) is not native to Africa and it is very bad for the human body.
EVERYTHING corn is bad.
– High-fructose corn syrup (HFCS)
– òróró àgbàdo (የበቆሎ ዘይት)
– búrẹ́dì àgbàdo (የበቆሎ ዳቦ)
We Adúláwọ̀ (Black-Africans) need to subsidize and patronize our local ingredients and research food health and not just take cheap colonial crops.

Parece ser bom com esse molho , Que o Senhor abençoe sempre
Thank you. I wanted to understand and try this food after watching the boy who harnessed the wind.
