I’m biased I’ve never heard of a west African pastry called samosa, it’s mostly an East African pastry borrowed from the Indian culture and Arabs…. The spices is what makes it so good. Less is more… ground beef, peas red onions and cilantro… and please the dough has to be heated up.

Any chance you have a recipe for sausage rolls, a friend bought me some back from Lagos, forget the brand but there was a lot of green on the wrapper, and I would really like to know how to make them at home. None of the local African shops (Port Laoise) stock them.
