I think there are different method of kunun zaki, I remembered 40 yrs back my grandma used to make it but after sieving everything, she will add sugar and heat it, when it becomes hot not boil, she will set it to cool then sieve it again and serve. I can't remember when last I taste it. Good recipe, pls make some northern nigeria drinks like siro, kwarbebe etc

Thanks very much for this recipe. I haven't use soya beans before, but white and red guinea corn plus groundnut.
And my auntie mixes the spices with a small part of the raw blended guinea corn when the kunu is warm or cold, but not when it's very hot.
