The season is the same as the spice? I bought the season but don’t know how to use it.
thank you for suya recipe and your honesty about the taste.
What is aboki Suya?
Hello,
What kind of meat did you use? Where can I find( what kind of steak or beef
Thank you so much dis looks amazing 😊
Well done, but i must say; As a Hausa person you shouldnt use any cut of meat you like. We hausa named it suya because of the cut of meat used, we have other variations of suya such as Balango, kilishi and soo on… which vary in taste, based on the cut of meat we use and the style in which we finish it. Generally everyone refer to our grilled/smoked meats as suya, but true every Hausa person knows the differences and our secrete ingredient is kwulikwuli, as we eat a lot of spices and peanuts and you're supposed to use the peanut oil. We out spice in everything. Even in all our drinks. 😂
I can eat this everyday. I will marry a woman who can make this.
I remember eating suya from haussa people in cameroon and it always has a nutty taste. I add roasted groundnut to mine for the closest taste
We have a similar dish in Sudan. It’s called agashai
Weldon i like u been realistic with the test.
Please stop putting your food on newspapers. It is a health issue. The ink used and sanitary reasons as well. Consider it
I appreciate your honesty. People will lie and say it taste amazing when it sucked
Love your recipe. 2nd time using it this year. I found the thinnest beef cut is shaved beef. Very thin and you don't need to tenderize as much.
I also used peanut and vegetable oil.
Did you use the bake or broil?
Mouth watering good!
Thank you!! I followed your directions and felt like I was back In Lagos after 30 years away. It was my wife’s first time eating Suya and now she wants me to make it every week. Outstanding video! ❤
Beautiful ❤️ thanks
Thanks. Your videos are my number one for learning. I need to steal a bag of suya spice from an aboki then😩
The dish seems delicious but Dunno whether kuli-kuli and Suya powder are available in Indonesia.
we love you aunty
They use this English inside airplanes not for suya.
Are you an air hostel?
