Hi Sonya, I made t his and it's wonderful but I have a question. How long before Shabbos do you make it – keeping it warm for a long time can make it overcooked or dry???

What makes it Moroccan???
Sonya, I make this quite often for Shabbos. I have never cared for chip peas so I omit those. However, I love olives, green, black, stuffed, brine cured, or oil cured it doesn't matter to me. Thx for sharing!
I use a lot more oil hehe I mix the spices with oil and then coat the fish in it before putting in sauce
may i know what is the first vegetables you add is it parsley or coriander also the last vegetables you add when nearly done that you only cut to your hands pls thank you
