  2. I am American, but like spicy foods of the African culture (Liberia, Nigeria, and Ghana). I came to your channel when I went to visit a friend and he made the red oil potatoe leaf. I have been using your recipes to make many things, especially the hot pepper sauce. I made it for another friend of mine and he took it to his family gathering and they loved it. I had to make more for them. I was surprised they liked it as much. Now, I am going to learn about the eggplant stew, as I have never eaten eggplant before, but want to try it the way you make it with the chicken and fish and over the rice. Thank you so much for your recipes. I do appreciate you so much.
