Ingredients:
3 bowls of chickpeas flour
2tsps of salt
1/2tsp of black pepper
1tsps of cumin
2tsps of baking powder
1egg(you can skip it)
6tbsps of oil
Mix everything wel with a hand mixer add
1bowl of water
Note(measure your water with the same bowl that you have measured your chickpeas flour…

  1. I miss eating karentika, it seems easy , but everybody has a different way to do it, what I don’t understand is how long to cook , even if it’s still liquid or have to be completely cooked, thanks for your recipe
