I made hibiscus tea from a small teabag and chilled it with ice and added sweetener but man I’ve had it twice but I get a headache. Wondering if anyone had the same reaction as I and how did y’all deal with it. Thanks.

The white sugar wrecked it 🫣 wow after reading some comments its amazing how many cultures have a traditional way to consume it! I drink it with Rosehips as a Tea when my Kidneys feel sluggish. Also used to give it to someone with Gout. Works well for both
