it’s called in Arabic كسرة_رخساس
one kilo of semolina
add a big spoon of salt
coffee spoon of sugar
and don’t forget olive oil or any kind you like to use + one small bag of yeast mix all the dry ingredients together first
Add water and mix everything let it sit for 20 minutes maximum
After 20 minutes start making a ball…
