Nice work. It is actually my best soup, that is after afang ofcourse. And we prefer bitter leaf for it. We're particular with leaves in our dishes. But ugwu is a good alter active.

Peanut allergy should not be taken for granted though. Apart from skin breakouts, it can actually cause constriction of your airways and ultimately death. If you notice a negative reaction after eating peanuts, either avoid them or soak them for some hours before eating it.

Nice attempt; but with garlic, tomatoes, tatashe/bell peppers, too much flavor of the main ingredient (peanut) is gone. Garlic shouldn’t be there at all.

This isn't Ghana style though. We don't cook groundnut soup this way in Ghana. We don't add palm oil to our groundnut soup..etc

We love this soup a lot in Edo state … I think ur method of making it is too different from our own also the groundnut isn't supposed to be that smooth if u really want to enjoy it, don't blend it that much. ☺️❤️ Thanks a lot aunt Winnie
