Lol I’m so embarrassed I never knew it was frowned upon to chew fufu. I know that fufu is part of a category of food in Africa known as “swallows”… but for whatever reason I never put together that it’s meant to be swallowed smh. I’ve definitely chewed it while eating with my Nigerian and Ghanaian friends 😭😭 I can’t believe they didn’t say anything to me about it, so embarrassing 🥴 The more you know I guess… thanks for the tip :)))

@GuavaJam

A labor of love. Watching from Guyana 🇬🇾 ❤

Hey Dear, I tried the ripe one plantain trick and it was bomb😍😍😍. Just another quick question, Can this ripe plantain trick work with all types of Ghanaian soups or only with palmnut soup?

Yeah our version is called Banga soup bit I tell you, your ingredients and methods are premium…this will definitely taste better than most banga soup..Hahaha your brother in- law eats fufu with spoon 🤣 I don't even gerrit.That meat is so tender

@emmajones9975

Have you ever considered prepackaging your dishes and selling them? Specially the African soups? You make it look so easy. I can taste it from here.
