Nanaaba, you fly the flag for Ghana beautifully. Thank you for your inspiring videos!
SO YUMMY!!!!
My sister am bringing my bowl
This looks Soooooo good!
Lol I’m so embarrassed I never knew it was frowned upon to chew fufu. I know that fufu is part of a category of food in Africa known as “swallows”… but for whatever reason I never put together that it’s meant to be swallowed smh. I’ve definitely chewed it while eating with my Nigerian and Ghanaian friends 😭😭 I can’t believe they didn’t say anything to me about it, so embarrassing 🥴 The more you know I guess… thanks for the tip :)))
A labor of love. Watching from Guyana 🇬🇾 ❤
I wanted to make this but omg it’s a lot
I actually like how Ghanaians cook. I’m Nigerian but I actually really like your methodology…and jollof 😂
That podcast I said it was difficult to make brought me here
I'm chewing I'm sorry 🤷🏾♀️

Hi sis, pls can I get the contact in Ghana where u got the palmnut n others! Thanks!
Hey Dear, I tried the ripe one plantain trick and it was bomb😍😍😍. Just another quick question, Can this ripe plantain trick work with all types of Ghanaian soups or only with palmnut soup?
Yeah our version is called Banga soup bit I tell you, your ingredients and methods are premium…this will definitely taste better than most banga soup..Hahaha your brother in- law eats fufu with spoon 🤣 I don't even gerrit. That meat is so tender
Have you ever considered prepackaging your dishes and selling them? Specially the African soups? You make it look so easy. I can taste it from here.
Please, the plantal reason put in the soup
Great recipe. You do all
is the fish head necessary ??
Okay the plantation hack takes the soup to a different level. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Is the Ghanaian Palm Soup or the Nigerian Banga soup available ready to drink? either chilled or canned?
