Feel like jumping on a plane to Ghana where I lived in part of 1969 and 1970. SO want to taste the groundnut stew and jollof rice that I used to LOVE! Now to search for Ghanaian-made groundnut paste because the junk peanut butter in the supermarkets outside Ghana just is NOT the real thing. Too much sugar added, lot of other unwanted things too.
I miss this kind of food. Was in ghana for 5years and this was my special meal. 😊😊😊
