HOW TO MAKE FUFU | Cornmeal foufou
After 17 years and we’re reunite haaa! So on this video I share how to make cornmeal fufu/ fufu ya masangu. This is super super easy to make and you only need cornmeal and farina flour.

As an American I have notice the food similitudes of people of the African diaspora. Iāve never known of cornmeal fufu but Iāve had my share of hot water cornbread dumplings.
I like the video very detailed thanks for showing me how to make Fufu. Pork is a meat I don't favor. So I won't be trying it with pork. Maybe some African smoked fish.

In Antigua (island in the Caribbean), we call this fungee. We make it the same way but add okra (though I have had it plain). We eat it predominately with fish.
