  1. Millet and sorghum have no gluten or other lectins, so this is much healthier than oatmeal, cream of wheat, etc. Also, fermenting makes grains more digestible, which is another bonus. I will try this recipe. Thanks for the video!

  3. I thought the video was going to show how to make it from scratch. Grinding down the grains and so on. I will need to check online I guess. Because we can't buy it packets already made in our country.

    Ee have similar recipe in Sudan! O suggest u to simmer the dough on hot ghee or butter for few mins before adding water … It will add a wild dimension to the sour umami flavor of the porridge 😄
