Injera recipe:
-starter
-Teff (4-5 cups)
**after mixing everything**
-cover the container
-leave at room temperature for 3 days
–AFTER 3 days–
-skim the top layer
-add self rising flour (1 cups)
-add corn meal (1/2 cup)
-mix everything WELL
-add water (until mixture is thin consistency)
