  1. Hi, I work for South Korean broadcast company tvN. we would like to use your video on our history show. Could you please let me know if we could use an excerpt from it giving the credit to your channel? Thanks 🙂

  2. Ya halawah!!! wallahy I love hawawshi so much. I Grew up in LA but my parents were Egyptian and when we went to Egypt that is some of the first street foods that I started to love. We truly have the best food!!!

  3. Or think of it as hawawshi what it intended to be so when I see a hamburger I will say its a hawawshi with out steroids right colonizer culture changer and it's not like a hamburger when it was created the hamburger wasn't a reference so don't be disrespectful

  4. Mine fell apart after I took it out from the oven. My pita was too thin, and the meat juices soaked. Going to try making my own dough next time.
    Great recipe though, thanks!

  5. This is definitely my next thing to try! Thanks Suzie!
Just one concern though, I wonder if I should cover the first say 10-15 minutes with foil in the oven so to prevent the pita from burning?

  6. Please, does any of you have the receipe of the original dough for the Egyptian hawawshi? I've been to Egypt – Alexandria- and had it, love it. And would love to taste it again… thank you from now!
