C’est bon is an appetit Senegalese dish it’s easy to make and very delicious.

Ingredients:-
1 Grouper & 1 tilapia
1/4 red bell pepper ( cut)
1/4 green bell pepper ( cut)
1/4 orange bell pepper ( cut )
2 tomato plums ( cut )
1/2 of lemon
2 onions (cut)

    In Senegal we add beuguedje & okra to make a green sauce & dried shrimps in the rice.
    Not sure if it's just my family or a regional thing though as both of my parents have 2 different Nationalities & grandparents come from many ethnic groups & are N & W African.
