Babe, this one na fried fish pepper soup o….garlic in pepper soup….that's must be some modern improvisation…..the traditional method does not use garlic.
Another thing, washing the fish with hotwater greatly removes the teste of the fish…..salt water should remove all the slime.

This is pepper soup but not pepper soup. Pepper soup doesn't actually have all the peppers or else toilet will be your next neighbor. There are spices that makes pepper soup peppery not all that pepper you put in there, habaa. But what I appreciate much is the ability to make the catfish lose it's slime and hold together while cooking it. Learnt something there. Thanks

Tried this recipe as well. Saute'd lil onion n blended the rest ingredients n gave them a nice fry. All in all it came out zeeliciously yummy😋😋😋.
