Anjero is a staple food in Somalia and it’s the most common breakfast food. Everyone would eat Anjeros with a cup of tea. The Anjero is served with liver and onions, with Suqaar or with Oodkac (tiny pieces of jerky-style beef). and me personally i love to serve it with Subag or butter .Occasionally Anjero is eaten during lunch / Breakfast ….

  2. Sister sorry again im going to ask you i make perfect injera the way you told me but my son father said the original one from Moqdiso style is you have to leave the mixture all night and make it morning i do also that there is no different between you told me and he told me both are perfect

Assalamu aleikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu sister Mashallah beautiful.. ,use self rising instead of all purpose to avoid yeast add semolina, fine white or yellow corn and sorghum flour mix it and leave over night see the difference in the morning.. post the video inshallah .. Somali anjero comes with different design and ingredients and taste but yours now looks delicious
