  1. Greetings from Turkey. It is not possible to find fresh coriander here. It is available in dried or seed form in places that sell spices. What should be the measurement? thank you in advance

  2. Neither in the video nor in the recipe are quantities mentioned. Would have been handy for beginners if quantities were given. Too little herbs for any given dry weight of chick peas make Falafels tasteless and too much would overpower the aroma of spices.

  3. I tried my hand at this recipe! Prep time was lengthy.
I do believe the issue is…I have a vitamix vs a food processor… the texture never got right…
    Mine were terrible.
I’ll buy them from my local mom and pop cafe, theirs are delish and I don’t have to mess my kitchen and waste hours.

  4. Suzy this is my first time doing this and I think your finish is perfect for forming balls. Mine is a bit bigger/grainy in texture. It’s not holding together. Any advice? I cooked in air fryer and delicious! I would like them to be better to make into balls. Mines almost a tad watery.

  5. I adore your recipe; used it lots of times since tasting authentic falafel on a Middle-Eastern food van in Oxford, UK. I had to make falafel like theirs, and I found your video! Thank you. Always delicious! ❤

  6. I add roasted bell pepper hummus in my pita bread before I add my falafel and add Tzatziki sauce over it with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes and fine diced red tomatoes. That’s how I eat it.

  7. Can't wait this weekend I plan to try your falafels both baked and fried, baba ghaneush, hummus & Chicken picata w/ rice pilaf & broccoli I will let you know which falafel is my favorite. I find your recipes very delicious and appealing with color pics and videos. Can't wait to get your cookbook spices and olive oils next month. Thanks for the inspiration.
