  1. That seems like a lot of coffee for such a small pot…. And adding sugar seems counterproductive for health benefits … sugar is not good for you…. That’s is so much coffee that it looks like a pot of chocolate.

  2. Cracks me up to see everything from world champion cezve/birki baristas of different nationalities, to old ladies who learned from their grandmother, video their recipes, and the endless cry of morons in the comment section who say, “that’s not Turkish/Greek/Armenian/Yemeni/Arabic/Egyptian/Persian/ect”…🤣
Stir or don’t stir, have crema or no crema, preheat water or don’t preheat water, boil or don’t boil, Sour?: Brew longer/grind finer, Bitter?: Brew less. Add sugar, cardamom or don’t. Too strong?: Add less coffee, too weak?: Add more coffee…. The color of coffee depends on it’s roast level, not where it’s from. Arabica is just the scientific name of the species of plant, and like all coffee is originally AFRICAN! IT’S NOT ARABIC🤣
Your culture will survive, even if everyone on the planet doesn’t make coffee the way your mom did..
It’s not rocket science or brain surgery.
    Relax and have fun!
If you mix coffee with water, heat it up, pour it in a cup, IT’S F’N COFFEE 🤣🤣🤣

  3. Very interesting. Just out of curiosity, what do you call this type of coffee pot? A Turkish friend once told me that it was called "cezve", but that was the name he used in Turkish for it. Is it called differently in Arabic?
