Too thin, I think and best you put in the yeast , don't over mix just enough to that it comes together and don't let it rise, immediately shape into discs 1/4 inch thick and cook one side poking it and to seal it then flip it and cook it slowly and the steam trapped inside will cook the semolina grain and strangely it out will puff… That what I watched.

  2. Looks very nice but you didn’t measure the semolina before putting it in to mix so viewers could know how much goes in. also wanted to see the bread broken after cooking to see finished bread. Great job overall and keep it up !
