  2. Pls Aunty Tatiana good evening and happy new year. Pls i'm one of your subscriber. I lost my husband last year, due to this i have to relocate to another area. Though im a caterer, but cos of financial problems and taking care of four children i van fully practice my work. But will like to go into this dry bofrot business. Because my house is closer to school. My question now is that, assuming i want to fry this bofot in the morning, what is the best time to mix the dough fir it to proof before frying. Thanks as i await your response.
