Can I make a few suggestions?
-skip the pineapple juice and add crushed pineapples to your mix
-you need more flour it’s too runny so would not hold the pineapple well
-use a non stick frying pan gives it a better shape
– have a look at Ana Olson’s recipe for this-
Lovely cake,I only have ML cups. So how many 250ml makes a cup
I have a question please do you grease the pan, if not wouldn't the cake stick especially around the sides. I know butter is at the bottom. Awaiting your response. Thanks
