  5. I just used your recipe to make my first frittata, using potatoes, zucchini, garlic and chives from my garden along with some store bought stuff. It came out great and very tasty. Thanks for the clear directions

  6. Well I did the best I could but I had to use lactose free milk instead of cream cause my 2 year old is lactose intolerance. I only had frozen bell peppers and squash but I did cut fresh onion. I Sauteed all the veggies tho till alot of the liquid cooked away so we will see if it turns out
