  1. 1/2 cup of oats are 149 calorie, not 83, without anything, jut oats. so, if u eat it 3 times a day, u have 447 calories, without anything.
    If u eat a medium apple (85 calories) and a medium banana (140 calories) we are at 672 calories. its true you are under the mentioned 700, but you should be aware, that oats have
    a good amount of calories and you also need some vegetables to stay healthy.
    So pls be cautios and inform yourself well before starting any diet.

    ps: it surely works, cause all kinds of diets work if u are under your caloriedeficite. its no miracle. you will lost weight if you stay under 1200 calories.
    more less more weight you will lose. But that isnt rly healthy, especially if you end the diet and go back to your usual eat-behavior.
