  7. Video contains bad advice.
    A lot of plants are anti-androgenic.
    Plants are full of oxalates and lectins, which are anti-nutrients, stealing nutrients away.

    If your testicles become saturated in oxalates, say goodbye to fertility and testosterone, dihydrotestosterone production, as the oxalates form tiny sharp crystalls in the testicles which causes a lot of inflammtion in the testicles.

    Cacao/cocao full of oxalates, so not as supportive as one might think, especially if your body is already under toxic oxalate load.

    Polyunsaturated and monounsatured fats tend to be highly anti-androgenic, and also when these types of fats saturate the testicles, it leads to inflammation, and inflammation leads to a reduction in testosterone and dihydrotestosterone production, and fertility.

    Saturated fats (not all) are typically either neutral or androgenic, and this is the perfect type of cholesterol you want saturating your testicles to protect against bad inflammatory cholesterols and also enhance hormone production.

    The eggs, are probaby the best thing mentioned on this list.

    Take this video with a grain of salt.
    Food policy is often very anti-masculinity, anti-androgenic and very anti-male.

    Stay away from Margarine and use real butter.
    Eat Fish and Red Meat
    Stay away from Soy
    Drink wine or whiskey instead of beer.
