🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
🧼 Skincare routines should be simple yet consistent for effective results.
🖐️ Avoid touching your face unnecessarily to prevent transferring dirt and oil.
💧 Moisturize after washing your face to replenish natural oils and maintain hydration.
☀️ Sunscreen with SPF 30+ is crucial daily, even on cloudy days, to prevent sun damage.
🔍 Exfoliate twice a week to remove dead skin cells and improve skin texture.
💊 Accutane is a potent acne treatment but comes with potential side effects and requires careful consideration.
👁️ Eye care is essential, including using serums with hyaluronic acid and peptides to reduce fine lines and dark circles.
🌞 Treatments like dark spot serums and retinol can address sun damage and aging but may be pricey and require consistent use.

35?!?! YOU LOOK 23
Another big one is diet and vitamins, lots of sugar intake can cause enlarged oil glands
Can't afford none of this ngl can only buy $3 face cream etc.
do we also need to apply sunscreen at early morning (before outdoor workout)?
aint no way this guy is 35 nahhh
i notice men touching their face and it's a turn off majorly to us women, just trying some honesty here
I am 42 and still get ID'd for alcohol. I have pale Irish skin but I NEVER would wear sunscreen with an SPF of 30, that is terrible advice. Wear a mineral-based sunscreen if you have to, and only 10-15 SPF. You need a lower SPF so you can still make vitamin D. This goes for your entire body, not just your face.
How can i treat pigmentation/melasma ?
Please respond
Don’t touch your face (slap your hand)
Face wash twice (morning and night)
Moisturiser + sunscreen
2 times week exfoliate your skin
