  2. Taking feedback is a mark of maturity and wisdom. Thank you for reminding me that even in highly irritating situations, there is room for improvement. Empathy for grievances is a powerful tool for self development. I especially like the suggestion to view the complaining party as unhappy, this enables the beginning of resolution, and fairness. When dealing with a lot of complaints, I can be apathetic and drown out the important opportunities for growth, individually, and together.
